Global BioWatch is designed to respect your privacy. In short: we do not collect personal data, we do not track you, and there are no ads.
The app displays publicly available outbreak information published by the World Health Organization (WHO Disease Outbreak News) and similar official sources. These figures belong to the respective institutions; the app adds no commentary. Always confirm details in the official source linked in each report.
If a future version lets you enable new-outbreak alerts, an anonymous push notification token is stored on our server solely to deliver those alerts. This token contains no personal information and is removed if you disable alerts.
The app offers an optional one-time "Support the developer" purchase. It unlocks no features — the entire app is free. Payment is processed by Apple; we never receive your payment card or billing details.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
